it works on my Mac. Make sure to pull down the windowshade on the Droid when you plug it into the computer to mount it.
Shows up in doubletwist as Motorola Droid.

I just got a Moto droid and looking to transfer my iTunes music off my Mac to the droid with doubleTwist. When I drag and drop or transfer should I have iTunes loaded on my droid or what will it use? Will I be able to transfer all my music I've bought off iTunes and the CD's I've loaded? Thanks, Mike

DITTO: New Droid, Newest DoubleTwist (v2.5.0.2312 beta), Windows Vista. DT Does not see Droid even when mounted and visible in WinVista. Devices says only "Getting Started"

It turns out there are two different hardware versions of the Droid out there and they have different IDs. We're only recognizing one of them at the moment. We'll have a fix for this soon --- Read the FAQ first, before posting. Follow the dt forums announcements on TwitterJoin our Facebook Group

That was posted in 09 - I just downloaded DT, mounted the Droid and, like others, nada. Why won't this work?

doubletwist is not working with my Motorola Droid. I get the following error: The operating system does not support the Encryption Mode provided. My Droid has the latest update which is 2.1.

When are you getting that message -- when launching dT or when connecting/mounting your Droid? that's a long term archive bug not related to Droids (was present before droids were released. can you get me an errorlog? "C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\doubleTwist Corporation\doubleTwist desktop\Log\dTErrorLog.txt" vista and win7 C:\Documents and Settings\YOU\Local Settings\Application data\doubleTwist corporation\doubleTwist desktop 2.0\Log XP --- Read the FAQ first, before posting. I had the same issue. Here is how I fixed it.
1. Uninstall Doubletwist from the phone. 2. Mount it via USB 3. Delete the ".doubletwist" folder (Note the period in the folder name. This folder may be hidden so make sure that you have selected "Show hidden folders" in Windows explorer. 4. Reinstall doubletwist via the android market 5. Remount and voila.
